Register for Summer School

All the forms you need to register for Summer School can be downloaded from the Registration Documents link on the right hand side of the page. The forms have been formatted so that you may fill them out using Adobe Reader or Preview (if you are on a Mac). If you do not have Adobe Reader you can download it for free, here.
These forms can be printed and filled out by hand and then "snail" mailed to the registrar or simply fill the forms out electronically and email them to Ann at:

Please note: The signature fields on the forms cannot be filled in electronically. You can sign them when you arrive if you are registering electroniclally.
